Rent or Own? The choice is yours.

Don’t be forced into a program that doesn’t fit your needs. Most laundries offer only rental or COG, but at R&S we can place you in a linen program that fits you.

• Customer Owned Goods: Linens are the property of the Health Care Facility, and are both picked up and washed by Robison & Smith.
• Full Rental: Robison & Smith maintains ownership of the linens. Robison & Smith will pick up and wash all linens, returning clean linen to the Health Care Facility.

Compliance Our programs are designed and our personnel are trained and vaccinated for compliance. In fact, we certify our compliance! Robison & Smith processes all linen in a mutually agreed manner meeting all standards as required by:

• The Joint Commission of Accreditation of Hospitals (J.C.A.H.)
• The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.)
• The “TRSA Standards for Hospital Service”
• And the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) – accreditation pending

Value Added Services

• Pickup and Delivery - All clean linens will be delivered as sorted, counted, tied linen in uniform bundle quantities. Soiled linen will be picked up at designated locations, and handled according to regulations.
• Reporting – Our sophisticated in-plant, billing, and delivery systems allow us (and you) to view and print reports that control usage and increase your bottom line. Ask a representative to see sample reports.
• Medical Garments – No one understands the linen, garment, and laundry needs of a medical practice better than Robison & Smith! Click here to see the products we offer!
• MedTex - MedTex is an on-site division of Robison & Smith which offers ordering, warehousing, and staging of medical linen and goods, thus providing ‘ready-to-use’ products.

• Green Initiatives - Robison & Smith takes pride in being one of the most technology advanced laundries in the region and we are always looking for new systems that will decrease our effects on the environment.
• Disaster Planning - Robison & Smith has never lost a day of production since it’s establishment in 1915. But just in case, we opearte two separate facilities that provide a backup for each other in the event of an interruption.
